How do I download Omix?
You can download Omix from our homepage by clicking the download button. The app is currently available for macOS only.
My trial has expired. How do I purchase?

Omix isn't adapting to my activity. What should I check?
Make sure Omix has the necessary permissions to monitor your activity. Check System Preferences > Privacy & Security > Accessibility and ensure Omix is enabled.
Can I use my own music with the adaptive features?
Currently, Omix uses a carefully curated catalog designed specifically for adaptive focus. You cannot import your own music, but our library spans multiple genres and is constantly expanding.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your account settings in the app, or contact us directly and we'll help you cancel.
Omix is using too much CPU/battery. How can I optimize it?
Try adjusting the audio quality settings in preferences, or restart the app. If issues persist, please contact us with your system details.
Do you offer refunds?

No. Omix only monitors basic activity patterns locally on your Mac. No personal data, keystrokes, or app content is ever transmitted or stored externally.
